Caregiver (CG)
Caregivers must be able to make decisions which are in the best interests of our residents. Personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping and activities are only a part of our program. Residents thrive in an environment in which their caregivers provide companionship, genuine support, professional and courteous communication and knowledge. Caregivers are encouraged to have an enjoyable time at work, while providing a needed service to people with Alzheimer’s disease.

Lead Caregiver (LCG)
The Lead Caregiver will assist and support the Manager of Resident Care in the operation of Autumn Grove Cottage while providing direct care to residents. The LCG will perform various duties as delegated by the MRC, which include regulatory compliance, program development and follow-through, marketing, food services and activities. The LCG will be a role-model for Caregivers and will demonstrate a high level of knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Manager of Resident Care (MRC)
The Manager of Resident Care will have superior interpersonal skills, maintain the highest level of resident, employee and shareholder satisfaction, and demonstrate excellent decision making skills. The MRC is responsible for managing all operations, including regulatory compliance, program development and follow through, budget, marketing, food services, and activities. Most of all, the MRC must enjoy working with seniors and their families. This individual must be able to handle multiple priorities successfully and lead the team in a way that reflects Autumn Grove Cottage’s mission and purpose.
